PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TURN TIME: The Yard Ramp Guy will coordinate the production and transport process with our outstanding vendors, Bluff Manufacturing and NATCO Transportation. We attempt to group orders up to four-to-a-truckload. Most ramps will deliver within our standard 10-20 work-day timeframe from date of receiving down payment. However, in order to assure best freight value by grouping with others along your freight lane, your order may take longer. All ramps will deliver by November 30, 2022 notwithstanding unforeseen circumstances. The Yard Ramp Guy will make every effort to ship your order as promised. However, production or transport interruptions may cause unforeseen delays in promised ship dates. The Yard Ramp Guy will not be liable for any loss of use or incidental or consequential damages caused by such delays.
OFF-LOADING: Customer is responsible for off-loading ramp upon arrival. Ramp will be side-loaded on flatbed. Off-loading requires lifting equipment with minimum lifting capacity of 8,000 lbs. Equipment must have a minimum 12-foot high reach. See video within this site demonstrating a typical off-load using a single forklift.

USE of RAMP UPON ARRIVAL: Per factory instructions, once off-loaded, please allow ramp to sit flat on ground for 20-30 minutes before using hydraulic pump. This allows hydraulic fluid time to settle throughout the system and prevents inadvertently blowing out hoses, gaskets or pump.
