THE YARD RAMP GUY’S BUY-BACK PROGRAM
for Pioneer Hi-Bred Mobile Deck Pilot Program

The Yard Ramp Guy offers the ONLY formalized buy-back program in our industry. When you no longer have need for your yard ramp, we welcome your call and will assist in converting your steel back into cash.

HOW IT WORKS
Participants in the Pioneer Hi-Bred Mobile Deck Pilot Program (Seller) and The Yard Ramp Guy (YRG) become partners rather than haggling over insulting offers. Using current photos and information provided by Seller, YRG evaluates the ramp’s condition, age and location to arrive at a fair market value. YRG shares this information with Seller. After discussion, we decide together on the ASKING PRICE. The final sale price for the ramp is split 70% for Seller and 30% for YRG.

FOR EXAMPLE: Ramp – 20SYS8436L-YAR-.5MPB

As posted to our website: www.YardRampGuy.net

  • Original Sale Price = $22,600.00
  • USED Asking Price = $20,000.00*
  • Net Seller’s Share (70% of $20,000.00) = $14,000.00

* Actual condition, age and location will influence Asking Price. This is only an example.

WHAT IF SELLER NEEDS RAMP OFF PROPERTY PRIOR to SALE?
The Yard Ramp Guy will oblige the request. YRG coordinates the transit and storage at its nearest parking depot. Seller is responsible for loading the ramp to a flatbed for departure. Freight and storage costs are deducted from anticipated Seller’s Share. The Yard Ramp Guy cashes out Seller immediately and absorbs any additional storage fees as a cost of doing business. Deductions from Seller’s 70% Share of Asking Price will be quoted to Seller. If bottom line cash out amount is agreed upon, the Buy Back can be consummated very quickly.

HOW DOES THE YARD RAMP GUY EARN ITS MONEY?
YRG handles all lead generation, quotes (including freight quotes), follow-ups, closing, invoicing, collection of payment and logistics.

Seller holds the ramp and, on rare occasions, hosts a site visit from a prospect wanting to see the ramp before buying. Before the ramp departs Seller’s possession, Buyer must pay YRG in-full and YRG will pay Seller their share in-full.

WHAT IF SELLER FINDS A BUYER ON THEIR OWN?
YRG cannot fault a seller for making a good deal. While many sellers still refer interested parties to YRG, others consummate deals directly with their buyer. YRG only asks for a courtesy call letting us know the ramp is no longer available. We believe we will do business together later – when the time is right.

MISSING PARTS OR REPAIRS
We are strong proponents of full disclosure to potential buyers. As a rule, we only recommend replacing parts or making repairs in the context of a specific prospect requirements. If there are missing mobility or safety tools, or if repairs are required, YRG will consult with Seller as to the best strategy to suit “the partnership” and then manage, if Seller requests, any part replacement and/or repairs. If it is determined that repairs or replacement parts are necessary, Seller may pay for parts and labor directly, or YRG may choose to front the costs and deduct the value from Seller’s share of the eventual sale.
